A. Thanks for reaching out! Our data feeds that tell us where to buy our products are on a 60-day latency period, which means that if a product is purchased in a store, it will continue to show on the locator for the next 2 months.
For this case, our product was at this store at some point in the last 2 months, but it must have sold out and the store has not replenished our product. We will do our best to contact that store and ask them to replenish as soon as possible.
Q. My bag has holes and are stale.

We only use the highest quality natural ingredients with no artificial binding agents. Depending how the product is handled, there may be excessive crumbs. We always strive to put the best product we can on the shelves!
Q. Nut allergies:
A. Thinsters are made in a peanut-free facility. However, our Toasted Coconut flavor contains coconuts, which are considered a tree nut in the U.S. This means that Toasted Coconut is the only Thinsters flavor that is not totally nut free. Hope this helps clarify!
